CAVITATION CLEANING
Cavitation cleaning services is a method of cleaning by water and air only with no chemicals involved.
It is safe for the environment and for workers by using low pressure (Max 0.8 Mpa) during the cleaning process without damaging the equipment.
Equipment does not need to be dismantled during the cleaning process and it saves maintenance time.
Mechanism of Cavitation Cleaning
- The flow direction of cleaning water in the piping is controlled and continuously switched to clean the dirt.
- By switching the flow direction, a vacuum is generated at the back of the water flow.
- This vacuum condition creates a space (cavity) in the water.
- Water vapor generated in a vacuum and air dissolved in water instantaneously expand to generate impact force.
- This “Cavitation” induces flaking of tube wall deposits.
